Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be completed within 24 hours of order placement or initial payment for order. To cancel your order, please email our team with your order number or initial payment order number and request to cancel. There will be a 25% cancellation fee if you would like to cancel your order within the 24 hour time period. The 25% cancellation fee will be based off the entire order / payment amount. 

After 24 hours, our team will not be able to cancel your order.
