This machine, like many of our other launches came from inspiration and imagination in the gym. Two things we have not seen in a typical/traditional preacher curl machine is an adjustable width and/or THREE (3) different grip options.
Our Mega Curl has supinated, pronated, and neutral grip options, just by a pull of a pop pin. You can also now adjust the width of the supinated and neutral grip! This allows you to focus more on the long/outer and short/inner heads of your biceps! There are four (4) different width options for these two (2) grips.
For the pronated and neutral grips, each handle is flipped from the right arm to the left and vise versa. For the pronated grip, be sure to have each handle on the furthest hole on each arm to keep the handles from hitting. (See photos, videos, and demonstrations for examples.)
Having all of these adjustments and grip options makes this machine speak for itself. This machine also only requires a small footprint of approximately 3’ x 4’ (W x L).
