Meet The Team

Hey y’all, this is Susie. I’ve been in the gym since I was 16, so a little over 12 years in the gym now. I’ve competed in a few bodybuilding shows, in the Bikini division. I also enjoy playing tennis, sometimes playing matches in the Southern USTA league. I graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and mainly spent time working in manufacturing plants and distribution centers doing process improvement, coding, data analytics, NPI (New Product Integration), as well as many other things. I am the COO of Raw Motive Works and am blessed to be able to innovate and add to the gym equipment industry. 

What’s up everyone. My name is Pete and I am the CEO and founder of Raw Motive Works. I’ve been lifting/in the gym for about 17 years now. I am a certified welder and fabricator. I have previously worked in a manufacturing facility fabricating custom steel doors as well as an automotive repair shop, and body shop. I have always had the dream and drive to do my own thing. The gym has always been a huge part of my life,  so it was meant to be that designing and fabricating gym equipment would be my result. My other passion is cars/trucks which is where and how I began learning to fabricate. I have been creating things for as long as I can remember and absolutely love what I do.
