Returns/Refunds
If a customer is not satisfied with an order, our team will work to the best of our ability to resolve any issues. If you are encountering a manufacturing issue with your product, please review our Warranty Policy and contact us at ContactUs@RawMotiveWorks.com.
Products that are Made To Order are non-refundable and non-returnable. (No refund will be provided, and no returns will be accepted.) This is due to the color selection, etc. that is based off of the customer’s specifications. These products begin manufacturing once an order is placed. We do not keep inventory of MADE TO ORDER product(s).
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS - NOT MADE TO ORDER
If there is not an adequate way to resolve a customer's concerns or issues, Raw Motive Works LLC will accept a return for a partial refund of the product(s), with a 40% restocking fee, based off the product(s) original price, that will be subtracted from the refund amount. Product(s) must be unused and in good condition. The refund does not include original shipment cost and the cost of the return shipment of the product(s) will be the customer's responsibility. This means the product(s) must be shipped back to Raw Motive Works LLC. Including the 40% restocking fee, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility.
Returns for a partial refund, 40% restocking fee will be subtracted from product(s) refund, may be requested within ten (10) days after customer's receipt of product(s). After ten (10) days from shipment delivery, customer will no longer be able to request any refund. Returned product(s) must be shipped back to Raw Motive Works LLC within fifteen (15) days from original shipment delivery to customer, providing our team with adequate tracking information.
A refund will be provided once the product is received, in good condition. If product is delivered damaged, or not in original condition, Raw Motive Works LLC will refuse acceptance of the product and decline any and all refunds. Refunds will be initiated within 10 to 15 days of product receipt. Once refund it initiated, Shopify, PayPal, your credit card company, etc. may have a a longer processing time. (30 - 90 days) We will be in constant communication with the customer to inform them once the refund has been processed.
Example: If a customer received their order on January 01, 2026, they must request a return on or before January 11, 2026, and ship the product(s) back to Raw Motive Works LLC by January 16, 2026. If the customer paid $100 for the product and $20 for the original shipping, and our team determined through communication that the customer will be able to receive a partial refund. Once the product is received at our facility in good condition, we would refund this customer $60. This refund, as mentioned, will not include the original shipping, and will have a 40% restocking fee based off the original product price.

Please read our Terms of Service for further information pertaining to your orders and usage of our website. Raw Motive Works reserves the right to change our policies and prices at any point on our site without notice. As a user and customer, you are agreeing to these terms by using our site and purchasing from our company. The most up-to-date information and policies will take precedence. (Meaning, the policy in place at the time of your dispute, claim, or issue will be the governing policy used to handle your dispute, claim, or issue.) Any dispute that arose before the changes to such Terms and/or policies will be governed by the Terms and/or policies in place when the dispute arose.
In the event that any provision of these policies are determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these policies, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Shipping issues should be addressed with the carrier. If there are issues with your shipment, be sure to provide information to carrier before signing and accepting.
