Payment Plan Policy

Effective Date: November 15, 2021

Most payment plans have installment invoices that are emailed to the customer at an agreed upon occurrence, and an agreed upon number of installment payments. At any point, if any installment payment is not completed within seven (7) days of any particular installment payment, customer's order lead time will be extended by a minimum of one (1) week. 

All installment payments for payment plan must be completed prior to order being scheduled for shipment, unless stated otherwise by our team in an invoice or quote. Our team agrees to hold customer's order for no longer than fourteen (14) days from final installment payment date, and/or expected ship date. If customer does not complete final payment within fourteen (14) days once order is ready for shipment, our team will begin charging a $100 per day storage fee to the order. Our team must charge for storage due to the space constraints, and excess time provided to the customer within the fourteen (14) day waiting period. 

 

Example: Customer received final payment invoice on Monday, November 08, 2021 and was made aware by our team that their order will be ready to ship on Monday, November 15, 2021. If our team has not received a payment by Monday, November 29, 2021, we will begin charging a $100 per day storage fee beginning November 30, 2021. This charge will be updated daily onto customer's invoice. If customer pays on Friday, December 03, 2021, there will be an additional charge of $400 for the days past our fourteen (14) day waiting period.

Any dispute that arose before the changes to such Terms and/or policies will be governed by the Terms and/or policies in place when the dispute arose. 

In the event that any provision of these policies are determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these policies, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
